She is an operating room nurse and knows the work and reputations of several surgeons and selected Dr. Koneru for this important step in her life. She wanted a Tummy Tuck and larger Breasts as well as a Breast Lift. In her initial consult, we reviewed her goals and discussed her options as well as the possible scars. After considering all that we discussed, she chose Abdominoplasty and Breast Augmentation with Silicone implants. Using 500 cc High Profile Silicone implants placed above the muscle, her cup size increased from a C to a DD.
