“I have extensive experience with breast implants, performing between 600
and 700 augmentations annually,” he explains. “I perform these surgeries
in a private certified surgery center where I have a board certified anesthesiologist
on staff and together, we have maintained a safety track record that
is absolutely impeccable.”

When he was just 6 years old, Hochstein’s family emigrated from Moscow Russia to
New Jersey. After his high school graduation, he attended an accelerated program
of undergraduate school, and later medical school where he received his M.D. Degree
after only 6 years. Soon after, Hochstein began training in general surgery
in Parkland Hospital in Dallas, and later finished his training in plastic surgery at
the University of Miami. He has now had his own private practice in Aventura, FL
since 1998. “It has taken me a lot of time and effort to get to where I am today, but
I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I cannot begin to tell you how much I truly enjoy
what I do,” he says. “I love the fact that I can bring such happiness to my patients. I
participate in one of the few fields in medicine that can improve someone’s quality
of life by taking a body part that someone may be unhappy with or self conscious
about and making it something that they are proud of instead.”

Hochstein’s quest to provide customers with personalized, exceptional customer care is what makes as successful as he is. His anesthesiologist
calls patients the night before their surgery to make sure that they come in on an empty stomach. When his patient arrives, the staff is very accommodating and attentive throughout the entire process. His office staff members are so helpful and kind that it really makes the experience both comfortable and enjoyable. Hochstein also calls his patients for follow-ups after 3 or 4 days to make sure they’re doing well, and later proceeds to follow up with the patient.

When he’s not busy sculpting bodies into works of art, Hochstein enjoys spending time with his dogs and his family who visit frequently from their home in Virginia. He is a major animal lover, and every year he helps raise money for a charity that helps find homes for dogs. He admits that he adores spending time with his wife Lisa and looks forward to starting a family of his very own. “I’m a big sports fan,” he says. “I go see the Miami Dolphins and the Miami Heat play as often as I can.”

Hochstein’s expertise and personal service will continue changing lives, as he hopes to continue to offer the best plastic surgery services to South Floridians for many years to come. “Right now, I am in the process of expanding my office and am in the market for an office building which I will hopefully convert to a center for comprehensive aesthetic care,” he says hopefully. “We pride ourselves on complete patient care and have an incredible team devoted to making each and every unique experience pleasant and safe.”
