She was self-conscious about her appearance, and experienced difficulty finding bras and clothes to fit her properly. She used a 38 C bra, however, the C cup was too small for the right breast and too large for the left breast.
A breast reduction (reduction mammaplasty) was performed on the right breast and, during the same surgical procedure, a breast enlargement (augmentation mammaplasty) was performed on the left side using a 210 cc textured saline breast implant. The postoperative photographs were taken 4 months after surgery.
