William P. Aiello, M.D.

William P. Aiello, M.D. is a highly respected plastic surgeon whose education, experience and focus on patient care have made him one of the most sought after plastic surgeons in Southern California. His noteworthy career as a plastic surgeon has been featured currently on the popular "E" - Entertainment channel's TV series, "Dr. 90210." Dr. Aiello has also been featured on Channel 4 News, the Vicki Lawrence Show "VICKI", Simmons Cable TV and in the publications Los Angeles Times, Long Beach Business Journal and Long Beach Press Telegram.

Over the last 2 decades he has developed a noted and well respected practice that caters to both men and women. Dr. Aiello is reputed as one of the top breast augmentation surgeons in Southern California which was why he was featured in the Dr. 90210 TV show. He also excels in liposculpture, eyelid surgery, facelifts, rhinoplasty and abdominoplasty. Full Body reconstruction following major weight loss is becoming a mainstay in his practice.

In 1989, Dr. Aiello founded Ocean Plastic Surgery Center (OPSC). He has parlayed his extraordinary talent for plastic surgery and passion for creating beauty into a thriving practice that helps those desiring self-improvement. In 2003, Dr. Aiello developed and built the Nautica Building, Which is the home to the Los Alamitos Surgery Center and Ocean Plastic Surgery Center. This building has four (4) state-of-the art operating rooms and offers surgical services for orthopedics, podiatry, general surgery, ENT, GI, pain management as well as plastic surgery. There are over 30 surgeons who utilize the unique facility.

Dr. Aiello began his plastic surgery career in Southern California in 1987. His early work was reattaching amputated limbs, and he was the first to use medicinal leeches in Southern California in 1986. Later, he distinguished himselft by starting Long Beach Memorial Medical Center's Replantation Service that specialized in the reattachment of amputated lims and Microsurgical Reconstruction. Over the years, Dr. Aiello has volunteered his skills by taking a cleft lip and palate team to Oaxaca, Mexico, in conjunction with South West Medical Teams.

Education

William Aiello, M.D. completed his undergraduate studies with honors at the State University of New York in 1973. He graduated Cum Laude from Rome University Medical School, Italy in 1980. He completed his general surgery training at New York's North Shore Cornell University Hospital 1984 and plastic surgery training at St. Louis University in Missouri in 1986. He went on to do his orthopedic hand and microvascular fellowship at Loma Linda University and completed this in 1987.
