Often there is a desire to improve one's appearance through breast augmentation. One of the reasons women may choose to have breast augmentation is to enhance their body contour because, maybe for personal reasons, they feel that their breast size is too small. They might also want to correct a reduction in breast volume after pregnancy, or possibly balance a difference in breast size. Some women may even opt for this procedure as a reconstructive technique following breast surgery or correct a previous surgery with breast augmentation revision.

Welcome to the office of the Inland Empire's premier breast surgeon, Dr. Andreasen. Riverside breast augmentation surgeon Dr. Troy Andreasen is a highly-qualified cosmetic surgeon dedicated to helping his patients achieve the look they desire.

Meet Our Staff

Tami Grasso - Tami is a trained medical assistant who runs the front office at Dr. Andreasen's office. Tami coordinates the daily appointment schedule, answers e-mail inquiries, and keeps the office running smoothly. Tami will gladly answer questions about scheduling consultations and follow-up appointments and can assist in the process of surgical scheduling as well. She is in the office Monday through Friday.

Maria Sapien - Maria is a certified scrub technician who assists Dr. Andreasen in the operating room as well as in the clinic. She has worked in the operating room for over 25 years and has experience in all types of reconstructive and aesthetic procedures. She has also served as an instructor for scrub technicians for various institutions. Maria also assists in all facets of pre-operative and post-operative care. Maria is fluent in Spanish and can answer all patient-related questions as well.

Jennifer Gagliardi - Jennifer is our licensed esthetician. She specializes in office-based skin treatments and has extensive knowledge about the many different products available for skin care. Here in the office she performs both superficial and medium-depth chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and many other skin rejuvenating therapies. Jennifer is available for personal consultations regarding skin care on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Mimi Williams - Mimi is our pre-operative coordinator and surgical scheduler. Mimi has many years of experience in various patient coordinator positions and she makes sure your preparation for surgery is thorough and complete. Mimi coordinates Dr. Andreasen's operative schedule with the various surgical facilities. She also will assist you with any questions you might have regarding payment plans and financial institutions.

Demeree Andreasen - Demeree is in the office with Dr. Andreasen on Mondays and Wednesdays. She assists in surgical scheduling, pre-operative coordination, and assists the other staff members to make your experience here with Dr. Andreasen educational and rewarding.

While it would be so freeing to be rid of some of this fat that has haunted me for years, I had to come back to reality. My reality is that, while my mother is still alive and requiring care for her Dementia I just can not be so selfish as to use finances that could be needed later on, for her care.

Qualifications

Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, Dr. Troy J. Andreasen grew up interested in plastic surgery. As a successful amateur boxer, he became acquainted with a plastic surgeon while in that sport. Through this association, his interest in the broad field blossomed and he went on to immerse himself in its study for the next several years.

Following two years of religious missionary service, Dr. Andreasen completed medical school at the University of Utah. While there, he developed advanced microsurgical skills under the direction of the renowned hand surgeon, Graham Lister. His efforts in microsurgical research helped define the effects of trauma on microcirculation. Dr. Andreasen was awarded the highest achievement award from his alma mater and graduated at the top of his medical school class.

Dr. Andreasen was then chosen as one of the first medical school graduates in the United States to train in an integrated General Surgery /Plastic Surgery program that emphasized cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. At Loma Linda University, Dr. Andreasen excelled in all facets of his training and established himself as one of their premier plastic surgical trainees. His specific interests included cosmetic surgery of the body and face and reconstructive surgery of the breast.

Dr. Andreasen has been actively involved in missionary service since he was 19 years old. He currently captains the Loma Linda Good Samaritan Plastic Surgery efforts in Cabo san Lucas, Mexico. Twice yearly, this team offers reconstructive surgery services to impoverished children who would otherwise have no access to these procedures. Dr. Andreasen's training in cleft lip and palate repair as well as his experience in burn surgery are valuable components of the missionary endeavor.

Dr. Andreasen's pursuit of excellence in Plastic Surgery continues now in his private practice. With personalized service and care, he treats every patient individually and provides complete surgical care from the initial consultation through the recovery. Emphasizing safety, Dr. Andreasen performs his cosmetic and reconstructive procedures at several hospitals and surgery centers throughout the Inland Empire.

Dr. Andreasen specializes in cosmetic surgery of the breast, body, and face. He performs hundreds of breast augmentation, breast lift, and corrective breast surgeries every year. He is fully trained in the use of all available saline and silicone gel-filled implants and give patients freedom to choose the implant and surgical technique that they most desire. Dr. Andreasen also performs tummy tuck procedures, liposuction, facelifts, and all other types of facial rejuvenation. His clinic also provides non-surgical facial rejuvenation services such as microdermabrasion, laser-based therapies, and chemical peels. Dr. Andreasen is also a provider of Botox Cosmetic for the treatment of facial wrinkles.

Due to the increasing numbers of patients who are treated surgically for obesity, Dr. Andreasen performs the reconstructive procedures for these patients as well excising the redundant skin caused by significant weight loss.
