Teresa Jones - Patient Coordinator
She knows every one of our patients by name. With over thirty years of experience in the healthcare field, Teresa has spent 20 of those years working with Dr. Kofkoff. Teresa has extensive knowledge of cosmetic surgery. As Patient Coordinator, this enables her to assist patients in making informed decisions about their surgical options and ensures that the entire scheduling process runs smoothly. Teresa feels that the well-being of our patients is her main priority and she is dedicated to ensuring that every patient is prepared, comfortable and excited when surgery day arrives. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and new granddaughter. Her hobbies include reading and watching movies.

Jaclyn Noack - Patient Care Assistant
Her warm smile and caring personality is your first impression of our practice. It is her number one priority to help you feel comfortable and ensure that you enjoy your experience with us. Jaclyn has an extensive background in customer service. She is often the comforting, caring and calm voice on the phone when you contact our office and is delighted to offer any assistance you may need. Outside of work, Jaclyn is in the process of obtaining her degree in nursing. She enjoys her time with her husband, stepson and infant daughter.
