Located in Mountlake Terrace, Dr. Baxter has been performing breast augmentation and breast enhancement procedures in the Seattle Washington area for years. He has developed breast enlargement techniques that minimize certain problems such as animation distortions.

"I found Dr. Baxter after exhaustive research on various websites as well as breastimplants411.com. As a fitness model, I am in bikinis at most of my shoots. I intially had my implants under the muscle, but I was experiencing a lot of distortion and banding of the implants whenever I moved my arms and activated my pectoral muscles. This distortion would show up in my pictures. I initially compiled a list of 10 Dr's in the DC Metro area which is where I live. Half of the Dr's refused to redo my implants as they felt they could not improve on them, and the other half said they could operate, but would not guarantee that the results would be any better. All except one refused to take the implants out and place them above the muscle, but I did not want that option as I am very lean and the implants would have been very visible. It was then that I decided to broaden my search, and found an article ( on your site ) about Alloderm grafts being used in breast implants and a new technique called "subfascial" implantation. That particular article featured Dr. Baxter; so I promptly called his office and set up an appointment, even though it meant I had to travel across the country to get to him.
