"To Whom it May concern : I wanted to write a letter to inform you of my recent experience with your wonderful staff at Premiere. When I started to make my appointments for a consultation, I called your office and spoke with Kelly. She was very pleasant, professional and helpful. She actually answered the phone. I did not have to leave a message and wait for a returned phone call. This meant a lot to me because it gave me the push that I needed to schedule the appointment. When I arrived at my appointment I had the pleasure of meeting Kelly. She was as pleasant in person as she was on the phone. She informed me that I would be meeting with Lauren to discuss my questions and concerns. Lauren was very pleasant, professional and kind. She answered my questions in detail and introduced me to the doctor. When I met the doctor, I thought that he did not have enough experience to do my surgery. However after meeting with 5 Physicians, I teamed that the other Physicians who had over 20 years of experience, where not in tune to today's modern technology. The dr. took hi time when he met with me. He answered all my questions in detail and addressed all of my concerns. he is truly an outstanding Physician. His work exceeded my expectations. I could not have chosen a better Physician to do my surgery. The details of his work is truly amazing and deserves recognition. Dee and Anna where both there for me emotionally and physically throughout my surgery. They were both very Professional, Pleasant and Knowledgeable. They gave me the push that I so desperately needed. They spoke with me to calm me down darning my appointment for my blood work, and gave me the moral support that I needed the day of my surgery. Their professionalism deserves recognition as well. I could not have gone thru with the surgery without their support. I will be forever grateful.
