David H. Lowe, M.D.

Dr. Lowe was born in Washington, D.C. and attended medical school at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. He also completed his post-graduate training in general surgery at Eastern Virginia Medical School. He completed his plastic surgery residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Lowe also went on to serve as an attending plastic surgeon at The Johns Hopkins Hospital.

D. Paul Buhrer, M.D.

A native of Chatham, New Jersey, Dr. Buhrer attended medical school at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana where he obtained his degree and completed post-graduate training in general surgery. He completed his residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at The University of Texas in Galveston, Texas. During his residency, Dr. Buhrer distinguished himself as a specialist in the innovative treatment of pediatric burns. He then completed his cosmetic surgery training with world-renowned Dr. Baker in Miami, Florida. He served as Chief of Plastic Surgery at North Arundel Hospital.

Daniel Laughlin, M.D.

A native of Virginia, Dr. Laughlin received his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia. He completed his general surgery residency at the University of Maryland, School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland and completed his residency in plastic surgery at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia. Dr. Laughlin served as Chief of Surgery at the Anne Arundel Medical Center.

Christopher J. Spittler, M.D.

Dr. Spittler was born in Cleveland, Ohio. His medical degree was completed at Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine in Rootstown, Ohio. He completed his general surgery residency at Meridia Huron Hospital, in Cleveland, Ohio and completed his Plastic Surgery Residency at University of Wisconsin Hospitals in Madison, Wisconsin. Dr. Spittler completed a Fellowship in Breast and Cosmetic Surgery at Georgetown University Medical Center in Washington, DC.
