Panhandle Plastic Surgery

Dr. Kelleher has been in plastic surgery practice since 1977 and is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and his medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago. He served an internship and residency in surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and Parkland Hospital in Dallas. His plastic surgery residency was at the Medical College of Ohio at Toledo. In addition to his private aesthetic practice, he is an assistant clinical professor at Texas Tech School of Medicine. He is a past president of the Texas Society of Plastic Surgeons and is a member of many regional and national medical societies including the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. He is also a fellow in the American College of Surgeons.
