At our Illinois cosmetic surgery center, Dr. Michael Horn and his caring staff work with each patient to develop a personal treatment plan tailored to their individual needs. The initial consultation at our office gives you a chance to meet with Dr. Horn and thoroughly discuss your interests. Dr. Horn will also be able to examine you and determine if you are a good candidate for cosmetic surgery. You can also view before and after pictures from previous patients at our Illinois center and speak with our cosmetic surgery staff about insurance and financial considerations. Our team will strive to discuss any concerns you may have openly and honestly.
