I asked my family physician about having a breast reduction and had gone to a general surgeon who was recommended to me but I just did not feel right even after I went for a second visit. Kayser discussing breast reduction using the new SPAIR technique where the scaring is 50% less than the traditional anchor technique. I met with Dr. M. Kayser. "The decision to elect cosmetic surgery was a difficult one for me from the beginning...I worried about the perceived vanity issues, the financial aspect, the surgery itself, and the possibility that the results would not be significant enough to justify the investment of time, money and physical discomfort. "As an experienced and demanding patient, I found Dr. M. Kayser to be exceptionally professional and his bedside manner was really just wonderful. I was in absolute dire straits having my last surgery two years ago go terribly wrong. I saw 9 specialists and none seemed to understand the problem, nor were they able to give me a straight and confident answer - they did not seem to care or know what I was going through. Dr. M. Kayser on the other hand knew immediately what the problem was, and proposed the options available, stressing the one which I was quite nervous about going ahead with - a full lift procedure. Now having had the surgery I am SO incredibly pleased I listened to his fantastic advice and would not hesitate to recommend Dr. M. Kayser. He specializes in lifts and breast reductions and uses (where appropriate) the SPAIR technique which limits the scarring compared to traditional lift methods - and it DOES work - I am already happy and it has been only a month! "I had a liposuction procedure done by Dr. M. Kayser, and am very happy with the results. I received very good care and had very little post-op pain. I came all the way from Ontario, Canada to have this procedure done. I had previously consulted another plastic surgeon, and he wanted to make at least 8 incisions. Dr. M. Kayser did the same procedure with only 2 small incisions, thereby eliminating extra unnecessary scars. I can't imagine a better result. In my opinion he is a skilled surgeon with very good judgment, and is very personable. His staff is also extremely accommodating and friendly."

"After making the appointment, it was only 2 weeks and I was in. My appointment for the consultation was March 3rd and my surgery was on March 11th. Yes, only 8 days later! Good timing I guess. The staff was great. Dr. M. Kayser is very honest, even telling me something I didn't want to hear, but it was true. He is a perfectionist and has an artistic outlook. Denise, the office manager really helped me relax about the surgery. She was wonderful!
