Lars Enevoldsen, M.D.

Dr. Lars Enevoldsen has been in private practice in the Modesto area for over 16 years. His practice includes all aspects of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Cosmetic surgery of the face, breast and body are his major areas of focus.

Dr. Enevoldsen received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley in 1979. His medical degree was earned from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. Dr. Enevoldsen completed a five-year residency in General Surgery at Highland Hospital in Oakland, California. He then completed a residency in Plastic Surgery at the National Capital Training Program based at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.

Dr. Enevoldsen is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), the California Society of Plastic Surgeons (CSPS), and the prestigious American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS). In 1996 he was elected to serve on the Executive Council of CSPS. He has served as chairman of the department of surgery at both St. Dominic's Hospital and Doctors Hospital of Manteca. He currently holds full clinical privileges at the Stanislaus Surgical Hospital in Modesto.

Dr Enevoldsen has participated in several humanitarian missions to Peru, the Dominican Republic, Chile, and Venezuela where he has operated on children with congenital deformities such as cleft lip and palate. In 1996 he was recognized as the Manteca Rotary Club Rotarian of the Year and in 1997 as Rotarian of Distinction for his work with Rotaplast on some of these missions.

While Dr. Enevoldsen's education and certification attest to his knowledge, his surgical skill is the basis of his greatest recognition. Dr. Enevoldsen has an excellent reputation among patients and peers for the artistry and precision demonstrated in his surgical results.
