The Harrington Plastic Surgery philosophy from day one

provide Minneapolis plastic surgery patients with
comprehensive solutions to their concerns in the areas of
breast enhancement, body contouring, facial rejuvenation and trauma health care.
At Harrington Plastic Surgery, we guide you along your journey to beautification and emotional wellness. We work with you to help restore your sense of wholeness. Our approach is clear: We listen, understand and act.
We believe that each Minneapolis / St. Paul plastic surgery patient is entitled to our respect, attention and the best care possible. We make every effort to educate and inform all patients under our care about their choices, risks and expectations. They are consulted and comforted by our compassionate and nurturing staff throughout the preoperative and postoperative process.

Meet Our Staff
Kathy Matson is the Executive Director and Patient Coordinator for Harrington Plastic Surgery. Since 1987, Kathy has worked in plastic and reconstructive surgery, and she is a member of PSAA (Plastic Surgery Administrative Association). Kathy assists Dr. Harrington in both the pre-operative and post-operative phases of patient care. She helps to educate and coordinate patients and their families throughout the surgical and healing process.
Kim Starr assists Dr. Harrington in both the clinic and operating room, and plays an integral role on the team. With experience in plastic surgery since 1986, Kim helps each patient to understand that their questions and concerns are vital components in the journey toward wholeness. Addressing the needs of patients, with the highest regard for the individual, is what makes her uniquely approachable.
