Kelly Bennett
Kelly Bennett is the practice coordinator. She has years of experience in the plastic surgery field and is happy to help patients with questions - big or small. She began her work in plastic surgery in 2002 on New York's Park Avenue before joining Dr. Spiegel's practice in August 2005. The best part of her job? Being able to help calm nervous patients before surgery and seeing their happy smiles afterwards. When Kelly isn't at Advanced Facial Aesthetics, she is at home playing and incessantly photographing her two young daughters, Lily and McKenna. Be warned, she may insist on showing you pictures.whither you like it or not!
Katie Martucelli
Katie Martucelli is our patient coordinator and joined the practice in 2009. Katie loves her dog, Max, hiking and exercise, and traveling. She has been to a number of exotic places including her most recent trip to London (for work with Dr. Spiegel!) and Paris (for fun with her friends).
Katie, a native Bostonian, has worn many hats within the beauty industry including her work as an esthetician and consultant. She loves to chat with patients about skincare, makeup, fashion, and all things beauty. Have a question about your skincare regimen? Ask her! The best part of her job? Making people feel beautiful not only on the outside but on the inside too.
Kate Casassa
Our resident health nut, Kate Casassa can tell you if it's "good for you or not". Please note: if you have to ask, it isn't. Kate is a licensed esthetician and spent her time before Advanced Facial Aesthetics pampering the lucky people of Massachusetts and St. Thomas, USVI with rejuvenating facials and peels. In 2011 she came on as the third "K" at AFA making the trinity complete. Kate spends her days making sure our patients are as comfy as can be.
The best part of her job? Meeting new people. Kate is an avid sports fan. Particularly, an avid Bruins fan. And by avid, we mean she's obsessed. So, 2011 was a good year for her the Stanley Cup AND a new job at Advanced Facial Aesthetics!

Wanted to give you an update. My eyes are great, no complications, so good in fact I can hardly find the incisions and it's two weeks tomorrow! The suture technique was perfect and left no marks. Color me thrilled!
