Office

As you consider outpatient surgery, one of the most important decisions you and your surgeon will make is the choice of a surgery centre. We are pleased that you are considering The Palm Harbor Plastic Surgery Centre. We believe you will find much more than a beautiful building in a nice location. Every member of our medical and support team is dedicated to helping you through the surgical and postoperative process.

Our Centre is beautiful and immaculately maintained. State-of-the art surgical suites and recovery rooms have certifications of the American Association of the Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities, Inc.® (AAAASF). We are the only such Accredited Centre in North Pinellas County. We are certified by the State Of Florida to perform office based surgery.

Qualifications

Dr. Jay H. Ross is the director of the Palm Harbor Plastic Surgery Centre. Dr. Ross was born in Detroit, Michigan. He grew up and was trained in the art and science of Plastic Surgery in Michigan. He moved to Palm Harbor and has been in the North Pinellas area since 1991 serving his patients. As an elected member of the prestigious American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, he is among a select group of Plastic Surgeons. While Dr. Ross’ medical school honors and board certification attest to his knowledge, his surgical skills and his affability are the basis of his greatest recognition. When selecting a plastic surgeon for yourself or your family, experience counts--Dr. Ross has been a plastic surgeon for nearly 20 years.


Dr. Ross' Current Interests

Breast Surgery: Breast Augmentation: Saline or Silicone (now available), Trans-axillary or periareolar. Minimal scar lifts. Repair of complications of above-muscle saline implants. Endoscopic breast augmentation. Removal of silicone implants or material. Mastopexy or breast lift surgery. Correction of tubular breasts.

Reconstructive Surgery: Repair of facial injuries and deformities from skin cancer removal. Repair after Moh's Surgery.

Cosmetic Surgery: Traditional Liposuction and Liposculpture, UAL (Ultrasound Assisted Lipoplasty), PAL (Power Assisted Liposuction). The natural look Rhinoplasty, Face and neck lift procedures with short scars. Tummy tuck (Abdominoplasty) and eyelid procedures (Blepharoplasty).

Gynecomastia Surgery: A procedure now is possible to contour the male chest wall and reduce the size of the nipple complex. Yes, you can now take off your shirt at the beach.

Mommy Make Over: After having children a women's body undergoes changes. You can get your body back. A breast augmentation and/or mastopexy along with a tummy tuck and/or liposuction can help. Schedule your consultation and we can discuss what is right for you.
