Because patients look for procedures that provide successful results without unsightly scars, or prolonged swelling or bruising, Dr. Mueller has spent a decade trying to find ways to rejuvenate the face, neck and brow without traditional incisions. The challenge has been to find a way to give results that are equal to, or better than current techniques...a way to avoid using traditional surgical approaches in cosmetic surgery of the face.
Dr. Mueller has not only designed surgical instruments that allow surgery to be performed through small punctures, but he has also innovated a new approach to facial rejuvenation that has never been refined until now.
Dr. Mueller's innovative Incisionless Necklift technique was first utilized in September of 2007. It allows many conventional procedures to be performed with minimal to no incisions at all. This ability has shortened procedure times and has lessened the need for general anesthesia and has shortened recovery time approximately 80% compared to traditional surgeries.
