Testi "I sought out Dr. Bitar and two other plastic surgeons after losing 95 pounds from a gastric bypass. I told them I wanted perky breasts, a flat stomach and some liposuction on my saddlebag hips. Dr. Bitar spent a lot of time with me on that first consult, answering all my stupid questions, and his staff won me over. Pat and Ann were very attentive, helpful and patient. They were the icing on the cake I needed to make my decision.

I had surgery on June 4th and went from a sagging E/F cup to a large C. I have perky breasts for the first time in over 30 years. I don't have to tuck my t-shirt up under my breast to absorb the sweat and I don't flop and jiggle all over the place. I can wear spaghetti strap camisoles with the shelf bra and it doesn't look like one continuous boob across my front.

As for my stomach, it's flatter than I can ever remember and I don't have the saddlebags on my hips. I can wear sexy underwear and it's actually sexy on me.

Testi "Dr. Bitar performed an Abdominoplasty with Hernia Repair and Liposuction to my inner and outer thighs.

I was unhappy about the way I looked. I worked long hours and hard all of my life, and I wanted to do something for me.

Dr. Bitar removed about 7-9lbs of fat during surgery. Most of the fat was removed from my thighs. Since surgery I now have a much flatter stomach and much, much thinner thighs. I also know that I will not see the final results from my surgery until 6 months out. I still have swelling in my mid section. Before surgery I wore a size 18 and now I'm between sizes 14 and 16. Even though I'm wearing a size 14, I have a much flatter stomach...

Since I've had surgery I joined a gym (with the blessing to exercise from Dr. Bitar) about 2 months after surgery. ... I [still] have work that I must do to make me smaller. Since surgery, I now have energy and the will power to exercise and diet that I never had before. I actually look forward going to the gym.

As for Dr. Bitar's staff, let me start with Diane (front desk) – cheerful, helpful and very positive. Pat (nurse) – She is the kindest person I've ever met. ... Pat excels in inter-personal communications, sparks enthusiasm; she is very competent in her job and very professional.

What can I say about the best doctor around? Dr. Bitar constantly seeks to broaden his professional horizons. He attends seminars to maintain his knowledge on current procedures. Education
Dr. Bitar obtained his medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, DC and finished a general surgery residency at the Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. His plastic surgery residency was completed at the University of Virginia plastic surgery program, which provided him with a strong foundation in reconstructive surgery of people injured in accidents, facial deformities, severe burns, hand surgery, and microsurgery.

As a continued commitment of enhancing the quality of life through plastic surgery, Dr. Bitar has volunteered on medical missions to various countries and operated on children with severe burn, facial and hand deformities. He volunteers on the medical school admissions committee at George Washington University. Dr. Bitar is also fluent in French and Arabic.

Uniquely Trained by Many of Today's Modern Masters of Plastic Surgery
To provide his patients with high quality cosmetic surgery, Dr. Bitar completed a cosmetic and breast surgery fellowship in the United States at a prestigious Cosmetic Surgery Center with ten board-certified plastic surgeons. Internationally, he trained with some very prominent cosmetic surgeons, and learned the techniques of Dr. Ivo Pitanguy, the father of Brazilian cosmetic surgery, in Rio de Janeiro, Dr. Marchac, in Paris, Dr. Mendelson in Melbourne, Dr. Widgerow in Johannesburg, Dr. Giampapa in New York, and Dr. Ellenbogen in Beverly Hills.
