David M. Creech, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. David Creech, opened his practice in 1988. He graduated from the University of Missouri in Kansas City, MO after completing active duty in the U.S. Air Force as a Sergeant and Hospital Administrative Specialist. He continued his studies doing neurochemistry research for a year before entering medical school.

Dr. Creech attended the University of Missouri and received his M.D. degree. He continued his education with an internship and residency in general surgery at the University of Kansas. From there he moved to the University of Louisville Medical School in Louisville, Kentucky to complete a residency in Plastic Surgery. Dr. Creech is a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

In opening his practice in Arizona Dr. Creech focused his skills on primarily cosmetic surgery with an emphasis on liposuction and body contouring, breast surgery, facial surgery and implants as well as endoscopic and laser surgery.
