A Message from Dr. Christopher Costanzo:

"I have performed breast augmentations since 1986 on many different shaped breasts, which means I know what needs to be done to form a beautiful breast. This experience guides me each and every day I see a new person wanting breast enlargement. For you that means that the interchange between us will center around your desired size and shape and what I need to do as your plastic surgeon to get that look.

Ultimately my final goal will be make your breast implants indistinguishable from your real breasts. That means I try, when possible to blend the breast implant into your natural breast in such a way as to enlarged it without anyone knowing it's there."

I'm writing this letter in appreciation for all that has been done for me here. I know my surgery has been an elective one but none the less a major surgery that I've thought about for 8 years. I'm very appreciative for the service that has been given to me. I'm a very sensitive person mentally and physically (which can be a challenge). I have over come so much this far in my life. I grew up in a poor and abusive situation and unlike many of your well to do clients you and your staff deal with on an average, I put myself through school and have over come the path set before me to become a infant toddler teacher for the last 12 years.
