Welcome to my plastic surgery and medical spa practice, where I bring a woman’s sensitivity to the emotional needs of my patients, taking the time for individualized care.

Being a female plastic surgeon I believe gives me a better perspective in caring for my patients. I take time to listen, and in a holistic way, advise them on diet, preventative care and general wellness.

While practicing general surgery, I was often required to remove organs or body parts in order to save a life or give a patient a chance at a better outcome. Plastic surgery, however, restores what was taken away, or rearranges body tissue to make one appear as he or she should have always been. It is hands-on care, with much attention to detail, and involves three-dimensional thought.

Plastic surgery is my passion. For me there is no other specialty that is so visually gratifying. Together with my patients I can see the restorative results of their surgery, not only physically but also emotionally, through a renewed sense of self. This is evidenced by the numerous notes I have received from patients commenting on how their surgery has improved their lives and increased their self-esteem.

Welcome to our Medical Spa - With Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Barbara A. McGrath, MD as our on site medical director you will receive uncompromising continuity of medical care and individual attention by both the doctor and our clinical skin care specialist Sally K. Caesar, RN. Working side by side for the past 10 years, Dr. McGrath and Sally have established the highest standard of care that must be demanded when you have finally made the decision to correct or softly enhance the skin of your face and body. There are far too many aesthetic centers opening up and closing every day! Dr. McGrath and Sally know that investing your trust in a medical professional is the most profoundly important decision you make when seeking any level of surgical or non-surgical care. You can be sure that when you place your trust in us, there will not be a moment when we take this trust for granted.

Our office is conveniently located at the southeast corner of 75th and Nall Avenue in Prairie Village, Kansas. There is parking directly in front of the office, only a few steps from our front door. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Please contact our office to schedule an appointment.

Meet Our Staff

Kay Huff, R.N.; Patti Brown, Office Manager; Marsha Alexander, Front Office Coordinator; and Sally K. Caesar, our Clinical Skin Care Specialist.

Sally is a Registered Nurse with over 27 years of medical and surgical experience. Sally's extensive expertise in plastic surgery and skin care has spanned over 18 years working along side leading plastic surgeons in Kansas, Tennessee and Scottsdale Arizona. Sally is an active member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery and continues to advance her nursing and clinical degrees through ongoing study, training and certifications in every aspect of medical aesthetics, laser technology and cosmetic injectables. As an ovarian cancer survivor, Sally is dedicated to helping every individual celebrate the true beauty of their lives each and every day!
