Testi "I was always considered attractive through the early years of my life. In my thirties, Botox and collagen injections became available to take care of crow's feet and lip lines, but during my mid forties, I developed slight jowls, slight sagging under my chin, lowering of the eyebrows, deepening under eye cricles, and minor turn-down at the corners of my mouth. Although I maintained an active lifestyle, keeping slender and fit, and was still facially "attractive" by general standards, I was disappointed when I saw that the reflection in the mirror no longer met with my self image, I looked more tired and older than I felt.

She told me there were several nonsurgical options I could take which would alleviate some of my concerns for several years, but that I could probably resolve all of them with immediate surgical facial makeover. When I look back at my life, this decision stands out as one of the best I ever made. After recovering from my mini facelift, endoscopic browlift, chemical peel and lower blepheroplasty, I looked just like myself only better. All those issues that nagged me when I looked into the mirror were erased. Even my husband was concerned that I "looked fine" and didn't see why I wanted to go through surgery, he was completely amazed at the results. NO ONE even realizes I had surgery when they see me. Testi "I would like to tell you what happened to me following surgery procedures I did with both Dr. Anson & Dr. Higgins. Dr. Anson did a Facelift, Endoscopic Browlift, Upper & Lower Blepharoplasty and Fat Injections in my face. Dr. Higgins did a Full Abdominoplasty. I am 54 years old.

1st Encounter:

One Friday evening after work I stopped at a Walmart grocery store to pick-up beer for my husband. The cashier actually 'carded' me. When she asked my age I said. "I love you!"

If I had Dr. Anson's cell phone number handy I would have called her while in line from my cell phone to say, "IT WORKED! I got carded!" I also believe the reason the cashier carded me was because of the body work by Dr. Higgins. A flat stomach is a younger bod! It's "The Whole Package". And how you feel is how you look!

2nd Encounter:

I went to Wholefoods market one Saturday afternoon after my workout. There was a young woman out front measuring body fat. As I was about to step on her scale she asked my age. It is standard procedure to enter the person's age in order to determine the optimum ratio of body fat to weight for each individual.

I told her my age and she replied, "you sure don't look it. Wow, you really look great!" I responded, "Thank you, I have the best doctor!" She immediately said, "Dr. Anson!"

"Yes, I said, how did you know?" "I guess it's no longer the best kept secret in or out of Las Vegas!"

And dont forget Dr. Higgins's Body Work, they go hand-in-hand. The young woman measuring body fat is a personal trainer. She was impressed with "The Whole Package"

Testi "My name is J. I am 41 years old. After 5 pregnancies, and gaining 60 plus pounds with each of them, I desperately needed "help" even after returning to my pre-pregnancy weight. There was no way to disguise the "elasticity" of my stomach or boobs, given what they had been through.

At the time I was 38 and I knew I was not going to have any more children, so I made an appointment with Dr. Higgins. I had the consultation in August and scheduled the abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and breast lift for early November.

Qualifications

Dr. Goesel Anson

Goesel Anson graduated from the University of Illinois School of Medicine. During medical school she was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA), the medical honor society and received the Warren Cole Scholar Award. She then completed a general surgery residency at the University of Illinois and Cook County Hospital. During her general surgery residency, she spent two years in surgical oncology research supported by the National Cancer Institute. Dr. Anson was named Executive Chief Resident in her last year of general surgery residency.

Dr. Anson went on to train in plastic and reconstructive surgery at New York University, regarded as the premier institution for plastic surgery training. This included experience at New York University Hospital, Bellevue Hospital and Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital. Dr. Anson then completed a fellowship in Microsurgery at New York University.

After residency Dr. Anson joined the teaching faculty at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque as assistant professor training the next generation of plastic surgeons. After four years in practice in Albuquerque, Dr. Anson was named in the Best Doctors in America. After opening her private practice in Las Vegas she has been listed again and again in Best Doctors in America and voted in Best Doctors in Las Vegas by Las Vegas Life and Las Vegas Magazines. She has been the featured surgeon on television programs including Discovery, The Learning Channel and the BBC.

Dr. Anson is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery.


Dr. Terrence Higgins

Dr. Higgins, a Las Vegas native, earned his MD degree from the University of Texas where he was awarded "Most Outstanding Medical Student". He was also awarded one of the most prestigious medical accolades with his induction into Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA), the medical honor society.

Dr. Higgins then went on to complete his general surgery training and plastic surgery training through Michigan State University. He received regional and national recognition for his research in plastic surgery. His research has been published in multiple media's. He served on the Michigan State faculty and was awarded for his dedication as "Most Outstanding Resident Faculty Teacher" in the surgical department. He was then invited to further his training at the world renowned Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. At the Cleveland Clinic, Dr. Higgins perfected his skills in the latest techniques of body liposculpture breast surgery, and facial rejuvenation, and was responsible for teaching the plastic surgery resident's in the Residents Clinic.

Dr. Higgins has been recognized by the leading Physicians of the World organization. He has been voted as "Top Doctor" by Las Vegas Life Magazine, Summerlin Magazine, and KNPR Radio's Desert Companion.

Dr. Higgins is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
