In 1997, Dr. Drzewiecki opened a private office in Virginia Beach and has since concentrated on cosmetic surgery. She treats her adult patients with the same gentle touch and patience as with her younger patients. Dr. Anna spends a lot of time listening to her patients to understand their needs. I have always had a "chicken neck" and hated having my pictures taken---as far back as high school. Although everyone discouraged me from having this surgical procedure, I knew it was something I wanted to do. I visited two other renowned plastic surgeons in the Tidewater area but still felt skeptical, just not quite right. Then I met Dr. Anna! I immediately booked my surgery! And I have been ecstatic with the results ever since (my picture is on her web site).

Testi "I have wanted breast reduction surgery for over 15 years and finally after reaching the size of 36 J (post child bearing), I knew it was finally time. I consulted with Dr. Anna after having been referred to her by a trusted friend. I have known a handful of women who have had reduction surgeries, and while they did not regret them, only Dr. Anna's patient had such a positive outcome and wonderful recovery. Now after having chosen Dr. Anna and having my surgery completed (36 D), I have absolutely NO regrets, other than wishing I had done it sooner!

I have never had such an easy recovery from surgery than I did with this procedure. I attribute this to Dr. Anna's gentle touch. Dr. Anna not only gave me beautiful breasts, she clearly handled me so gently during surgery that I had very minimal bruising, which is not typical for me. I have a small framed rib-cage and feel that Dr. Anna did an excellent job making me proportion to my over-all shape. I am extremely happy with my results and my recovery.

I will also mention kudo's to Leslie, who is Dr. Anna's office administrator. She has been nothing short of pleasant and "on the ball". No matter when I call, she seems to have my file/information in hand - and I almost felt as if I was their only patient. This office is nothing short of professional with the personal touch you are looking for.

Testi "I always swore I wouldn’t be one of “those” people who got plastic surgery. I was afraid what society would think. I was a professional, and a highly educated woman.

Testi "I interviewed three plastic surgeons before I found Dr. Anna, who was just right, and I knew it after my first appointment. I saw Dr. Anna following recommendations from a mammogram technician and a nurse, who both sang her praises because they had seen her “before and after” patients.

I had encapsulated breast implants that were “hard as rocks”, misshapen and too large for my frame. I was so conscious of my hard implants that I had developed poor posture and refrained from hugging my friends and relatives too tightly, for fear they would notice.

Dr. Anna made me feel instantly at ease. She completely understood why I wanted my implants replaced at age 60. Instead of telling me what I should do or not do because of my age, she gave me four surgical options to achieve my goal. I decided on smaller, more appropriate sized implants put under the muscle, and a lift to return my breasts to a natural shape. I had very little pain and bruising, and I was back at work the next week. I am extremely pleased with my natural size 36 B results.

The entire experience was very pleasant, including my interactions with Leslie who is excellent at her job. I highly recommend Dr. Anna. My only regret is that I did not meet her years ago!"

Testi "Dr. Anna has preformed a chin lift and abdominal liposuction on my husband and a lower face lift, Juvaderm and breast reconstruction on me over the last year and a half.

We could go on and on about the superlative job Dr. Anna did on each procedure. She is in a class by herself. We have amazing results. She took so much time with us and was so very patient, individualizing our treatments, listening to us and perfecting each procedure. We couldn't be happier. My husband is 69 and his abs are outstanding, as is his neck.

My face looks so much younger, smoother and, yet so natural for 64 years old. I thought my twice-reconstructed in 20 years breasts were to be forever deformed. Qualifications

Dr. Anna Drzewiecki (pronounced "Jev-yet-ski") is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and has been in practice since 1988.

"Dr. Anna" undertook her plastic surgery residency at the University of Montreal in Canada and completed a fellowship at Johns Hopkins University. She worked as an Assistant Professor in Plastic Surgery at the University of Ottawa in Canada, and at the Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia, performing pediatric reconstructive surgery.

In 1997, Dr. Drzewiecki opened a private office in Virginia Beach and has since concentrated on cosmetic surgery. She treats her adult patients with the same gentle touch and patience as with her younger patients.

Dr. Drzewiecki is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. She is on the medical staff of Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital and the Virginia Beach Ambulatory Surgery Center.
