Our office has been part of the Cowley Center for Plastic Surgery, a stand alone, fully accredited Surgery Center, since 2000. Dr. Oliva practiced Plastic Surgery in San Francisco since 1990 and moved to Spokane in 1994 with his family. Our office manager is Shannon Beckner, assisted by Eryn Ward. Therese Hubbard, RN is a full-time registered nurse and Becky Grigsby, LE is our full-time licensed Aesthetician.
