Welcome to The Magnolia Surgery Center

Here at our center, under the direction of our plastic surgeon Alexander Carli, M.D., F.A.C.S., you will experience warmth and expertise. Our goal is to provide each patient with individualized, state-of-the-art care in cosmetic surgery and plastic surgery procedures at our Inland Empire facility. We have been applying our skills with kindness and artistry in an environment that provides an exhilarating experience for our patients since 1994.

Dr. Carli of Riverside also offers facial surgery, including facial implants, lip enhancement, facelift surgery, thread lift surgery, eyelid surgery, and rhinoplasty in the Inland Empire. The non-surgical facial procedures popular at our plastic surgeon's Inland Empire facility in Riverside are Restylane ®, Radiesse ®, Sculptra (TM), Botox ®, and Alloderm ®.

At the Magnolia Surgery Center, we take pride in our safety equipment and monitoring to ensure every patient has a successful and safe procedure.

The Magnolia Surgery Center opened in 1994 to better serve the patients of the Inland Empire. Here at the Magnolia Surgery Center, we have many different areas of interest to offer our patients.

The Magnolia Surgery Center has a fully licensed Aesthetics staff to attend to all of your skin care needs whether it be skin care products or procedures such as dermabrasion or micro-peels. We also offer the latest technology in laser hair removal with state of the art lasers. In addition to the laser hair removal, we have additional lasers that are used to remove spider veins, brown spots and tattoos. Our staff is well educated and experienced in their field and can answer any questions that you might have.

At the Magnolia Surgery Center, Dr. Alexander Carli M.D. F.A.C.S. performs all his procedures in our fully licensed, state certified surgery center. Our operating and recovery rooms are fully equipped with the most current technology in monitoring systems to ensure the safest possible procedures. We also have a very knowledgeable and skillfully trained surgical staff and anesthetists to assist with the procedure that you choose.

Qualifications

No one wants to look like they've had cosmetic surgery, which is why it is important for your surgeon to have the proper training and credentials.

Dr. Alexander Carli graduated from medical school and served both his residency and internship at the University of Marseille in France. He then completed his plastic surgery residency in Phoenix, Arizona.

Dr. Carli is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the International College of Surgeons. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, dedicated to the highest standards of patient welfare and surgical excellence.

The term "Board Certification" does not necessarily mean that a surgeon has undergone in-depth plastic surgery training. Be certain your surgeon is "Certified" by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Carli has this certification and his patients are good examples of his artistry and in-depth experience.

Ask if your surgeon is Board Certified in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

If the surgeon or his office staff answers that he or she is Board Certified, demand to ask which Board he is certified in. If the answer is anything but Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery the doctor does not have the training required to perform Plastic Surgery.
