A Passion for Cosmetic Surgery
Dr. Diktaban’s passion for his craft is reflected in his commitment to balancing the scientific and artistic sides of medicine. He dedicates himself to preparing his patients for any treatment and performs all of his surgeries by himself. His passion has led to his position as a pioneer in the techniques of minimal incision cosmetic (endoscopic) surgery of the brow and breast (popularly known as - NO SCAR BREAST AUGMENTATION). He has been published in various peer-reviewed scientific journals and is the author or co-author of several peer-reviewed scientific articles. His expertise is often called upon as a guest lecturer at medical seminars and workshops worldwide.

Dr. Diktaban’s passion for cosmetic surgery has earned the respect of patients and fellow physicians alike, as shown by his frequent listings by Castle Connolly as one of the “Best Plastic Surgeons in New York,” in New York’s Best Plastic Surgeons: New York Magazine, Castle; and The New York Times’ SuperDocs of New York. He has been listed in Who’s Who in America, has been a preceptor for the Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship at Lenox Hill Hospital and Manhattan Eye Ear & Throat Hospital, and is frequently interviewed about cosmetic surgery by reporters and journalists in print and television.

Experience and Training
Dr. Diktaban received his undergraduate degree from New York Medical College. He completed his residency training at Lenox Hill Hospital and Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, followed by a fellowship in microsurgery at the University of Louisville. For several years he worked as a researcher for laser, skin care and liposuction companies. He has been a plastic surgeon and otolaryngologist for 32 years and sees patients from the US and all over the world. As a Greek-American, he speaks Greek and is also fluent in Spanish.
