Dr. Hensel did his residency training in general surgery at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC and plastic surgery training at the Summa Health System in Akron, OH. He then completed his training with a fellowship in aesthetic surgery, body contouring and all aspects of breast surgery at Nashville Plastic Surgery, with world renowned surgeons Dr. G. Patrick Maxwell, Dr. Jack Fisher, and Dr. Mary Gingrass.
