Our comfortable facility offers two full surgery suites and a post-op recovery area. Some of our cosmetic surgery and skin care procedures include: Breast Enhancement, Breast Lift, Face Lift, Rhinoplasty, Liposuction, Botox Injections and Skin Resurfacing. Cosmetic Surgery Center has two operating suites, a post-operative recovery area, and the latest in medical equipment and services, and a highly trained and certified staff. Our emergency hospital is Renassaince Hospital in Groves, Texas. Cosmetic Surgery Center is privately owned and operated under the philosophy of providing professional, personalized, comprehensive, cost-effective operative care to all patients undergoing surgery, while maintaining and promoting their health and well-being.

Qualifications

Dr. Binur obtained his medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine in Haifa, Israel. Following his formal education, Dr. Binur completed seven years of general surgery and plastic and reconstructive surgery residency training. He then completed a Plastic Surgery Fellowship at the Maricopa Center of Phoenix, Arizona.

In addition to cosmetic surgery and skin care, Dr. Binur specializes in hand surgery. With a particular interest in cosmetic plastic surgery, Dr. Binur understands how it can greatly enhance a person's quality of life when performed for the right reasons. Dr. Binur will work with you and discuss your goals and needs, to ensure you are the right candidate for your chosen surgery.
