In this location, Dr. Nicholas Nikolov specializes in a wide range of procedures. For our patients coming from out of town, we will be glad to assist you in anyway we can, including information on hotels and aftercare facilities.

Rancho Mirage - for our patients in the Palm Springs area, our Rancho Mirage location is conveniently located at the beautiful Mirage Center with its attached surgery center.

How does one thank a doctor who has done for us what you did? We called you the afternoon before you were leaving for vacation in crisis after our daughter's fall, and you agreed to see us. Upon seeing her you knew she needed surgery and you volunteered to do what it was going to take to operate on her the next morning, which meant canceling your out of town plans. You and your office staff were so gracious and patient with us for the four hours it took into the evening to explain everything that was going to be involved in her procedure. Testi "I would like to share my story with your readers. Several years ago I had a Rhinoplasty (nose job). A friend recommended a much publicized plastic surgeon. I went for the consultation and was quite impressed with the doctor as well as with all the "packaging", i.e. television appearances, magazine articles, and complimentary video tapes. I decided to go through with the surgery.

Initially, I thought I had made an improvement in my appearance. But as time went on, I realized that my result was less than natural looking. My nose was now crooked and strangely lop-sided - one side went in & the other went out. I knew one day that I would again have to face additional surgery to correct these mistakes.

A few years later after having major abdominal surgery, I was left with a very unsightly 13" scar and a fat deposit on the right side of my abdomen. This scar became increasingly painful. When I noticed permanent sutures rising to the skin surface, I decided it was time to seek help.

I consulted with a young plastic surgeon by the name of Dr. Nicholas R. Nikolov, F.A.C.S. He was a god send. Not only did he nearly make that nasty scar disappear. He also flattened out my abdomen with liposuction, and most surprisingly, he corrected my nose. Dr. Nikolov actually made my nose straight and even. Before, close friends confided in me that it looked like I had a nose job. Now I'm not self-conscious about my nose at all.

I am so impressed with my new doctor that I want your readers to know of him. Dr. Nikolov has a fantastic bedside manner. He took his time with me and allowed me to ask all the questions regarding the procedures I had on my long list. I never once felt rushed or that I was part of a factory. Dr. Nikolov is currently in private practice in Beverly Hills, California. Highly regarded for his surgical skill and keen sense of aesthetic harmony, Dr. Nikolov specializes in both plastic surgery and reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Nikolov is board certified in Plastic Surgery. He received his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He performed his residency in general surgery at the University of Virginia and in plastic surgery at the prestigious Duke University. He was a hand surgery fellow at the Christine Kleinert Hand Institute and a craniofacial visiting fellow at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taipei, Taiwan. Dr. Nikolov is a diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, California Society of Plastic Surgeons and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Currently on staff at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Saint John's Hospital, and Olympia Medical Center; he is licensed to practice in California and Virginia.
