Dr. Ambe's office is located in the Center Medical Plaza next to the prestigious Fashion Island Shopping Center.
In 2004 Dr. Ambe opened Newport Center Surgical, a 7,000 square foot fully accredited surgery center. The surgery center has 22 members on staff and employs only Board Certified physicans, including two Board Certified Anesthesiologists with whom Dr. Ambe works exclusively. The facility is accredited by Medicare, The State of California, The Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care and The American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Plastic Surgery Facilities. Dr. Ambe has worked with the same surgical team of Registered Nurses, Surgical Technicians and Board Certified Anesthesiologists since its opening in 2004. This standard of consistency and care is a large contributing factor to the results that he consistently achieves.
Each operating room uses EKG, Pulse Oximetry, Blood Pressure and Capnograph (CO2) to monitor the patient during surgery. EKG, Pulse Oximetry, and Blood Pressure monitors are also used in the recovery room after surgery, while the Board Certified Anesthesiologists closely monitors the patient's recovery.
