Our center is located in beautiful Coral Gables just three miles from the Miami International Airport. We have been providing the highest quality service and care since 1989.

During your initial consultation, Dr. Roudner will outline the basic steps of the intended procedure, thoroughly discuss your ultimate goals, the risk involved, and address any concerns you may have. There is no fee for the initial consultation.

Australian born Leonard A. Roudner, M.D. is widely recognized as one of the world's finest plastic surgeons specializing in breast augmentation.

His work and surgical opinions have been featured in high profile publications. Dr. Roudner has been honored by his collegues and the press for his excellence in cosmetic surgery, especially breast augmentation. His client list speaks for itself.

His standing at the top of this field is a result of his skill, expertise, and over 20 years of experience performing over 13,000 breast augmentation in the MIAMI area. Dr. Roudner is a board-certified plastic surgeon and a diplomat of the American Board of Plastic Surgery. In addition, he is a member of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, the American Medical Association, and the Greater Miami Plastic Surgery Association. Dr. Roudner is currently on staff at the Baptist Hospital and South Miami Hospital.
