Welcome to Atlantic Plastic Surgery Center, the practice of New Hampshire plastic surgeon Dr. Lawrence N. Gray. Dr. Gray is recognized in the medical community as a leader in breast augmentation and other forms of plastic surgery. Dr. Gray is also nationally and internationally recognized as the inventor of the scar-less breast reduction, a revolutionary procedure that eliminates scars associated with the older, traditional method of breast reduction.

Office
During your consultation, Dr. Gray will thoroughly discuss both external enhancements and internal structural corrections that will result from your plastic surgery. At his southern New Hampshire office, near Boston and Maine, Dr. Gray strives to make sure that you fully understand the procedures that you will undergo, and that your expectations are in line with the results you can expect to achieve. When you are well informed and have reasonable expectations, chances are that you will be happy with your plastic surgery.
The registered nurses assigned to our operating room are certified in advanced cardiac care and life support. Our recovery room nurses remain with the patient for his or her entire experience. While Dr. Gray is on staff at all local hospitals, most patients opt to have their procedure performed in the privacy and comfort of our plastic surgery facility in southern New Hampshire, near Boston and Maine in Portsmouth.
Dr. Gray's highly professional and knowledgeable staff realize that patients need accurate information, skilled care, and close personal attention. Our warm and dedicated staff wants your experience to be pleasant and will help you feel as reassured and relaxed as possible. Our nursing staff members belong to the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Nurses, and our Skin Wellness Center nurse is a member of the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists.
