One of the most important factors in deciding to have Plastic Surgery is selecting and having confidence in your Surgeon. It is important to listen to a patient's concerns and needs, not only for the procedure itself, but for the patient themselves. Many patients have researches their particular concern and have specific goals in mind. It is essential for me to establish a relationship by listening to the patient.

My office offers a very private, friendly setting and an hour is set aside for your consultation. During the consult, we have detailed discussion about your particular area of concern. I show you a tape, pictures and offer you the opportunity to speak with one of my patients who have had the procedure.

Dr. Blanchard operates in fully approved surgical and hospital facilities. Patient comfort and trust is very important to not only the doctor, but also very reassuring to the patient. The operating environment is private and quiet with a highly qualified, professional staff who follows the patient from pre-op to post-op. This is considered an absolute necessity for my patients. We all work together as a team to achieve this goal.

Debbie Lawson, Office Manager – Debbie is available for each and every patient in helping them to have the most positive experience and ultimate outcome that they are looking for. Debbie speaks with each patient individually, after their consultation with Dr. Blanchard, explaining in detail their options for their procedures and costs. Debbie will also explain financing available to you. Debbie has more than 20 years experience in plastic surgery and dermatology. Debbie says the best part is “seeing the patient’s results after their procedures. It is amazing.”

Tracy Henderson, Surgery Scheduler/Medical Assistant – Tracy is available for each patient from the moment their surgery is scheduled. She will make the whole surgical process as easy as possible for each and every patient. She is always available to answer any questions regarding your surgery, pre-admission testing, follow-up visits, etc. She will advise each patient what to expect with their procedure. Tracy also has more than 20 experience in the medical field, more than 7 in plastic surgery.

Erika Brock , Medical Assistant - Ericka is available to assist you with scheduling appointments with Dr. Blanchard and with our Laser Hair Removal Department. She will answer any questions that you have to make the process exceptionally smooth for you. Ericka also specializes in performing our Vaser Shape Treatments!

Peggy Jean Teske, Aesthetic Skin Care Specialist - PJ is eager to help each patient with whatever skin care issue they may have. She will give you a free consultation and recommend the products and/or treatments needed for the ultimate results. PJ also performs dermasweeps, Thermage, and ViPeels. She is also licensed in Micropigmentation (Permanent Make Up).

Jude Knight , Laser Hair Technician – Jude is licensed in Laser Hair Removal and Electrolysis. Her knowledge and her caring for her patient’s take away any anxiety from the process. Jude is available to speak with each patient regarding their questions or concerns regarding these procedures.
