Dr. Wiener is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, the only plastic surgery board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties. The Doctor received his under graduate degree from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania where he graduated as a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society. He went on to receive his medical degree in his home state at the University of Kansas. He completed a 5-year residency in general surgery at Rush Medical Center in Chicago, as well as Board Certification in General Surgery. He served a 3-year residency in plastic surgery at the University of Illinois at Chicago Hospitals.

The doctor has extensive experience in performing the procedures outlined in this web site. His grasp of the form and function of the human body, combined with an eye for every detail translates to natural, beautiful results. He has been featured in the media and is listed as a “top surgeon” by Consumers' Research Council of America. Currently Dr. Wiener is regularly featured on Fox News in the Morning’s “A Second Opinion”, a long running series, which discusses topics in cosmetic surgery.

In addition to his Board Certification, Dr. Wiener is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the largest plastic surgical society in the world. He is also a member of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, The Chicago Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the Midwest Association of Plastic Surgeons. He is a Fellow of the prestigious American College of Surgeons (FACS).

Dr. Wiener maintains his own, state-of-the-art facility, located on the campus of Resurrection Medical Center on Chicago’s Northwest side.
