Dr. George John Alexander is a Board Certified Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeon. He is also board certified by the American Board of Surgery and the National Board of Medical Examiners. Dr. Alexander received his M.D. degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, DC. He graduated at the top of his class where he was selected for membership in Alpha Omega Alpha, a prestigious medical academic society. Upon completion of medical school, Dr. Alexander continued his medical training with 5 years of internship and residency in General Surgery and 3 years in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (one of the most extensive training programs you will ever find in a cosmetic surgeon). During this training, Dr. Alexander was identified by the United States government as the number one doctor in his program. He has also been awarded two Surgeon General awards for his accomplishments in plastic surgery
