Dr. Timothy E. Fee

Dr. Fee is eighth generation Floridian and has traveled extensively to obtain the finest education in order to serve the Northeast Florida Community. His goal is to provide the best quality care in achieving high quality results in a safe convenient fashion.

He began his career at Denison University with a double major in Chemistry and Biology having earned his B.S. degree in 1986. From there, he was selected as a member of the Class of 1990 at the University of Miami/ Miller School of Medicine. After winning the prestigious John Foman Award for the most outstanding performance in his class in the field of Surgery, he was invited to remain as a resident in General Surgery at Jackson Memorial Hospital, the largest university based medical center in south Florida with an international reputation.

Subsequently, he continued his training in the field of Plastic Surgery at Shands Hospital/ University of Florida in Gainesville. He gained recognition by presenting on subjects such as breast reduction surgery and breast implants to organizations such as the Florida Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Southeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons. He has published and participated in several peer reviewed journals in both fields of surgery and has provided plastic surgery to children of third world countries through Interplast on several occasions.

Dr. Fee has become Board Certified in both General Surgery and Plastic Surgery early in his career and recently recertified maintaining his double board certification. He has served as the Chief of the Division of Plastic Surgery at Baptist Medical Center in downtown Jacksonville and recently serves as the Division Chief at St. Lukes Hospital. He is the President of the Greater Jacksonville Society of Plastic Surgeons and maintains hospital privileges at 6 surrounding hospitals in Jacksonville. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Fee has the privilege of caring for patients from 6 continents and often receives referrals from other plastic surgeons in the United States.

Dr. William A. Wallace

Dr. Wallace was born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He attended Oklahoma State University obtaining his Bachelors Degree in Physiology, graduating as a Top Ten senior in the College of Arts and Sciences. Dr. Wallace then attended medical school at the University of Oklahoma. Upon receiving his degree as a Doctor of Medicine, he was selected into the General Surgery residency program of The Ohio State University. While a resident, Dr. Wallace conducted research in the field of wound healing, published several scientific papers in this field, and completed a Masters Degree in Medical Science. Completing his General Surgery residency, Dr. Wallace then completed a second residency in Plastic Surgery also at The Ohio State University.

Dr. Wallace joined the faculty of the Division of Plastic Surgery at The Ohio State University, where his main charge was developing their Post-Bariatric Body Contouring Program. In addition to this, Dr. Wallace was responsible for performing surgery on some of the city’s most complicated burn, facial trauma, and reconstruction patients.

Serving Jacksonville, St. Augustine, and the surrounding communities, plastic surgeon Dr. Wallace is certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. In addition, he is a member of several medical associations, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons, the American Society of Bariatric Surgery, the American Medical Association, the American Burn Association, the Ohio Valley of Plastic Surgeons, the Ohio State Medical Association, and the Columbus Medical Association.
