The Center for Plastic Surgery in Atlanta, Georgia has provided the highest quality and innovative care for over 20 years.
The Center is run by Atlanta Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Vincent Zubowicz. The facility is a fully certified and licensed free-standing surgery center. The building houses operating and recovery rooms, a luxurious extended stay facility, the Quantum Laser Center and the ZMedic Skin Care Center.

Meet Our Staff (from left to right)
Terri Bilderback - Office Manager
Terri has managed Dr. Zubowicz's practice since 1999. She has worked in the field of Plastic Surgery since 1993. Terri ensures that patient evaluations, surgery billing and scheduling are coordinated. Terri should be contacted about any general practice information, pricing or non-medical problems.
Julie Bennefield - Account Associate / Assistant Manager
Julie manages business affairs related to Dr. Zubowicz's professional services. She is responsible for all insurance billing, collections and accounts payable. Julie also manages Esthetic Skin care. Julie has been a member of Dr. Zubowicz's team since 2002.
Katie McCorry - Patient Coordinator
Katie assists all incoming patients for Dr. Zubowicz and handles all appointment scheduling for the office. Katie also assists in the internal marking projects. She has been a member of our team since May 2009.
Melissa Gorz - Patient Care Nurse
Melissa is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. As well as working for Dr. Zubowicz office since 2001 she has also worked at two major hospitals. She has had additional training under the direction of Dr. Zubowicz for Sclerotherapy (spider vein treatment), BOTOX® Cosmetic and injectable fillers. Since 2001, she has provided our patients not only with pre-operative and post-operative care, but has also aided them in various other ways, including reducing the number of unsightly spider veins or offering them a more youthful appearance with injectable fillers.
Julie Berryman - Patient Care Nurse
Julie is a graduate of Brenau University in Gainesville with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 2002. She provides our patients with pre-operative and post-operative care as well as offering our patients a more youthful appearance with injectable fillers and BOTOX® Cosmetic. Julie is under the direction of Dr. Zubowicz and has advanced training in BOTOX® Cosmetic and injectable fillers.
Candice Helton - Licensed Esthetian
Candice received her Aesthetician license in the state of Georgia in 2008. Her services offered are camouflage makeup, facials, micro-dermabrasion, chemical peels, facial and body waxing, Eyebrow and eyelash tinting as well as pre-operative and post-operative skin care treatment. Candice has been a member of Dr. Zubowicz's team since 2009.
Our Facility
CPS is a fully licensed by the state of Georgia as an Ambulatory Surgical Facility. and accredited by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities and inspected annually for compliance with these organizations' requirements.
The Center has two fully equipped operating rooms and three recovery room equipped for even the most complex operations. Patients can choose to have local, MAC (twilight), or general anesthesia and are continually monitored by our team of (MD) anesthesiologists using their expert knowledge and the highest quality equipment available. Our first priority is to serve the safety and welfare of our patients.
We provide a private, comfortable alternative to an outpatient hospital setting. Our patients' need for privacy, care and safety are met with courtesy and professionalism. Our goal is to provide the best environment for each of our patients so that surgery can be approached with comfort and confidence.
The beautiful decorated extended care facility is available for patients who wish to stay the first night following their surgery. The overnight stay may be a requirement depending on the extent of the patients' operation. Our qualified registered nursing staff will attend to our patients' every need in a room designed for comfort and privacy. Provisions for at home nursing assistance as well as transportation and hotel accommodations can also be arranged by our staff of professionals.
Because we are a privately owned outpatient specialty facility, we can offer our services and expertise at a cost below that of area hospitals. Our costs are controlled and limited to our specialty, allowing us to provide the very best in quality and efficiency. We also offer free on-site parking for all visitors.
