Stephen P. Hardy, M.D.

Dr. Stephen P. Hardy is a graduate of Colgate University and received his M.D. from Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons, where he was awarded the Allen O. Whipple award for outstanding surgical performance. He completed his residency in general surgery at The Presbyterian Hospital in the City of New York and was a Visiting Fellow in Hand Surgery at The New York Orthopedic Hospital; Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center. Dr Hardy served as a Clinical Fellow in Plastic Surgery at the Presbyterian Hospital in the City of New York and a Fellow in Craniofacial/Pediatric Plastic Surgery at Primary Children's Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Dr. Hardy has also won numerous awards and accolades for his teaching contributions as Clinical Instructor in Plastic Surgery at the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine in Madison, Wisconsin, where he served as Chief of Plastic Surgery at William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital.

Dr. Hardy is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, the American Cleft Palate/Craniofacial Association, the Montana Medical Society and the Northwest Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. He is the author of numerous publications and has taught and lectured around the world.

Laura K. Conway, R.N., Esthetician, CPSN

Laura K. Conway is a graduate of Montana State University and holds a degree as an Esthetician from Greenwood Academy in Seattle, Washington. Certified by the Plastic Surgical Nursing Certification Board, she has over fifteen years of experience as a Surgical Nurse in the operating room and office setting with the ability to work both independently and with the physicians in a team setting. Highly competent and technically skilled as a Botox' injector, she can also inject for facial aesthetic and assist on treatment for hyperhidrosis. She is also successfully diversified and well-trained in the administration of medications and treatments such as Restylane', the Alderm' Pulsed Light System, the Candela Laser Corporation Vbeam' and GentleLase', the Lumenis' Intense Pulsed Light and YAG Laser, DiamondTome' microdermabrasion techniques and the Sciton' Laser.
