Nursing Staff
Marq is your Nurse, and is here to assist you during your time here at the Sholar Center. She has had 28 years of nursing experience in OBGYN and plastic surgery, so she knows just when you might need a hand to hold, and she will calm your nerves before and after your procedure. She is also Dr. Sholar's OR assistant, so she will even be right beside you there!
Shawn is our Office Coordinator and Preoperative Medical Coordinator. She will reassure you about your decision by preparing you for your surgery day. Her 21 years of experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist has given her unique insight into what occurs during a plastic surgery procedure. During your preoperative appointment with her, you will find she's happy to go over what you can anticipate before and after your surgery, getting you emotionally and physically prepared for your procedure.
Our Dynamic Patient Concierge
Lynette is your "go-to girl" for any arrangements you may need from the initial consultation and throughout the entire surgery scheduling process. She will also help you attain financing, providing this essential information so you can make an informed decision. Lynette has literally walked hundreds of patients through the surgical process, and will be happy to help you as well.

Susie has nearly 30 years of experience in billing. Insurance plans are often times difficult to navigate alone. Susie is here to aid you should you encounter any problems with your insurance.

The skin is where facial rejuvenation begins. Our medical aestheticians, Jamie, Michelle, Staci, Adrienne, Robin, and Tami are all members of The Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists, are Certified Skinprint Analysts, and Certified Laser Technicians, and have extensive experience providing patients individualized clinical skin treatments such as medical microdermabrasion and facials, laser skin rejuvenation, & bioactive peeling agents. They are experts in postsurgical camouflage makeup to hide bruising, home cosmeceuticals skin-care maintenance programs, and postoperative body and facial massage therapy. In our practice, the surgeon and the medical aesthetician have a specialized partnership that complements the surgeon's talent and enhances the outcome of facial rejuvenation surgery.

"I LOVE DR. SHOLAR!!! As a result of getting my ears pierced, I suffered from huge keliods on the back of both of my ears. Before meeting Dr. Sholar. I had previously had two correction surgeries by a different doctor. Which only made them grow back larger and more painful. They were so large and painful that I couldn't lay my head or neck on a pillow at night. Another doctor referred me to Dr. Sholar and I had a consultation.
