Qualifications

Born and raised in Montreal, Canada, Dr. Schwartz's record of academic and professional achievement spans both coasts. He graduated summa cum laude from Yale University and was awarded a Regents Scholarship for academic excellence at UCLA School of Medicine. Dr. Schwartz went on to find continued success as he completed residency in general surgery at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles. During this period, he devoted two years to full-time research in plastic surgery. This ultimately led to his selection for the plastic surgery residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas, widely regarded as one of the top programs in the world.
