Our Reading and Lancaster area cosmetic plastic surgery patients appreciate the individualized care and commitment to confidentiality they receive from us. Office
At the Proserpi-Schlechter Center for Plastic Surgery, we understand that plastic surgery can be a life-changing decision, one that is not made lightly. Our modern, luxurious 10,000 square foot facility gives patients that "Park Avenue" feel without having to leave the comforts of our community. No detail has been overlooked in our commitment to offering you the utmost in comfort, convenience, and quality of care. Dr. Schlechter and his experienced, compassionate 12-person staff pride themselves in making each patient's experience enjoyable and fulfilling. Visit our office conveniently located within the Reading Hospital at the Spring Ridge building.
Our Office
The warm, friendly staff and inviting décor at our Reading area cosmetic surgery center will put you at ease right away, and help to quell any anxiety you may feel. We have a very knowledgeable and professional patient coordinator available to answer any questions you may have before and after your consultation with Dr. Schlechter.
Our office features private waiting rooms and large, comfortable consultation rooms, each with its own TV for viewing informative videos about your procedure. It is in these rooms that you will meet privately with Dr. Schlechter to discuss your cosmetic goals and concerns. At many plastic surgery practices, the surgeon delegates the consultation to another staff member. Dr. Schlechter takes the time to personally meet with you, and to discuss in detail all of your surgical and non-surgical options for enhancing your appearance.
Our In-Office Surgical Suite
To further enhance patients' comfort, convenience, and safety, our office features a state-of-the-art, on-site, licensed surgery suite. This facility is located within the Reading Hospital, and provides top quality surgical care and an excellent safety record. We offer an easily accessible back entrance and exit for the privacy and convenience of our Reading, Lancaster, and Allentown plastic surgery patients.
Our patients who undergo procedures at our in-office surgery suite have innovative anesthesia options, administered by a certified registered nurse anesthetist with whom we have worked exclusively for over 14 years. We perform all procedures using local anesthesia and IV sedation, eliminating the risk, expense, and extended recovery involved with general anesthesia.
