Randi A. Galli, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Randi Galli is certified by the Board of American Society of Plastic Surgeons and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

A member of Alpha Omega Alpha. the medical honor society that comprises the top ten percent of medical students, Dr. Galli received his Medical Degree from Tulane University School of Medicine. He completed a residency in General Surgery at University of California, Los Angeles and University of California, San Diego, as well as a residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Tulane Medical Center. He later completed a fellowship in Hand and Microsurgery at the University of Alabama, Birmingham. Dr. Galli is certified for the Added Qualification in Surgery of the Hand by the American Board of Surgery. While Dr. Galli’s medical school honors and board certifications attest to his knowledge, his meticulous surgical skill is the basis of his greatest recognition.

Dr. Galli has an excellent reputation for achieving a very natural appearance for his patients. He is known for taking the time with his patients to achieve the results that make them happy. I made Fresno my home in 1997 with my loving husband and sweet son. I have been a registered nurse since 1988 and have enjoyed many different areas of nursing, inducing all areas of cardiac care, eye surgery, and most recently plastic and reconstructive surgery. I became passionate about skin care and Botox in the last few years since these are treatments I enjoy myself. I have worked for Dr. Gall in the operating room since 2004 and he has personally trained me in Botox and dermal fillers. He has also sent me to educational seminars and classes to continue to learn and develop my skills. Assisting clients to approve their skin and appearance has become a driving force in all of the procedures I perform.



Becoming a registered nurse is one of the most rewarding decisions I have ever made. Born and raised here in Fresno, graduated from nursing school in 2003, started my nursing career working in emergency medicine and in Fresno only trauma center, so how did I end up in Cosmetics???? Not quite sure, but I couldn’t be more happy that I did. I have been working for one of Fresno’s best plastic surgeons for more than a year now. I work side by side with Dr. Galli in his cosmetic clinic and have become more than familiar with many cosmetic procedures. Also, injecting Botox and dermal fillers has become an art that I truly love. Being able to enhance the appearance of even the most beautiful person is something I take pride in.



Hi. I am Theresa Espinoza and I am 37 year old. I live in Fresno with my husband, Juan Espinoza, of 11 years and have two wonderful children, Andres and Julieana. I have been a Licensed Esthetician since 2004 and I have worked in salons and day spa settings and really enjoy relaxing and helping people. I have been working with Bella Vita Medical Spa for the past 2 years. I got my Esthetician License and have worked in various Spas providing clients with facial treatments and makeovers. My experience includes: Microdermabrasion, Acid/Enzyme Peels, Waxing, Eyelash Extensions, Body Treatments, and more. For years I have been a private Make-Up Artist for weddings, proms. KSEE24, fashion shows, and special occasions. I am excited to finally be working for a Plastic Surgeon, now I am able to help people even more with Cellulite Treatments, Epidermal Leveling, Medical Grade Peels, and anything else they may need.
