"I moved from California to New York about two years ago so I needed to find a new plastic surgeon to replace my old surgeon. I went to a couple of consults before I met Dr. Koch. My prior consult experience was rushed and I left with an unsure feeling toward the doctor. After my consult with Dr. Koch I was sure it was my last consult. I finally found a board certified doctor who made me feel comfortable and impressed me with the time he spent thoroughly going over every detail of the procedure I was interested in. "I was impressed with the office even before I came in for my initial consult. During my first phone call to the office, all of my questions were answered. Information on the practice, doctor, and the procedure I was interested in were mailed to me prior to my consult. Not only was I impressed with the staff but my experience with Dr. Koch was great!! He spent lots of time with me answering all my questions and going over all my options for a breast augmentation. I had a full examination, tried on implants, watched a video, and they also did computer digital imaging on my photo to show me an estimate of my post-operative appearance. The day of surgery, they made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The service and care I received before and after surgery was fit for a queen.
