Dr. Vanderpool performs most surgeries in our state-of-the-art surgical suite, in our office. Our fully accredited surgical suite provides the safety and quality of a major hospital, without the cost or inconvenience of inpatient care. Most surgery is performed under anesthesia, with only a brief recovery period under the care of the same dedicated team you have come to know and trust during your office visits.

Our surgery center holds the highest accreditation from the Joint Commission.

This accreditation is considered to be the "gold standard" by physicians. It certifies that the facility has been inspected, it has passed peer review and it meets or exceeds every measurable standard for plastic surgery facilities. In sum, it ensures the highest standards of patient care and safety in an ambulatory surgical setting.

From the preoperative consultation to the final postoperative visit, we will be attentive to every aspect of your care.

Krista Beyer - Medical Aesthetics
Krista Beyer has been with Dr. Vanderpool since 2006. She specializes in skin rejuvenation using Elos and Aesthera Laser, Microdermabrasion, as well as medical grade skin care treatments. She enjoys seeing the transformation in her patients from the beginning to the end of their results. Krista has been married since 2005 and has five dogs (children), she enjoys walking her dogs and hiking.

Dean Watts - Office Manager
Dean Watts has been with Dr. Vanderpool since 1999. She is a life long resident of Arkansas and now makes her home in Springdale. She has over 18 years experience in the medical field, the last 11 years being in plastic surgery. She enjoys assisting patients from scheduling of their surgery through their complete recovery. In her spare time, she and her husband enjoy their extended family and are avid Razorback baseball fans.

Kristi Evers, RN, BSN - Perioperative Services
Kristi has 13 years critical care and cardiovascular/thoracic surgery nursing experience. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing in 1991 and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1996. Kristi Joined Dr. Vanderpool in 2010 and happily provides clinical and surgical nursing care for our patients. It's Kristi's smiling face our patients see both before and after their surgery. Kristi has lived in Bentonville for many years. She has been married for 18 years and has three amazing kids. She enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and traveling.

Linda Shelly - Patient Liaison
Linda enjoys meeting and assisting all of Dr. Vanderpool's patients. She has been a resident of the lovely city of Fayetteville since attending the University of Arkansas. Her favorite activities? Hiking with her boyfriend and dogs, traveling without an agenda, discovering great art, and cooking new exotic dishes.

Leigh Batt - Patient Liaison
Leigh Batt moved to the Fayetteville area in 2007 with her husband, three kids, two dogs, a rabbit and one horse! Her responsibilities are to reflect the caring nature of Dr. Vanderpool, and his staff by meeting the needs of our very important clients. A fun, pleasant experience is what she strives to provide when you first walk in our door! She is highly energetic, loves being outdoors, traveling to exotic places, and meeting new people!

Gina Fedorchak, RN, BSN, MBA - Surgical and Clinical Services Manager
Gina is our surgical and clinical services manager. In this role, Gina coordinates our team to provide clients with cosmetic enhancements including surgical procedures, laser treatments, and skin care. Before joining Dr. Vanderpool, Gina worked for 11 years as a Registered Nurse and manager, which taught her the importance of patient safety and the value of patient satisfaction.

Wendy Smith, RNC - Preoperative Services
Wendy has worked for Dr. Vanderpool since 2007. She has been a nurse since 1995 and has experience in pre-op and recovery. Wendy enjoys meeting with the patients and putting them at ease throughout their surgical experience. She lives in Gravette with her husband and twin girls. Wendy enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and playing tennis.
