R. Dean Glassman, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Glassman specializes in cosmetic and reconstruction surgery. He has been practicing in Jacksonville for 20 years performing all aspects of cosmetic surgery.

Dr. Glassman is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgeons. He began his training in general surgery at University Medical Center and subsequently Georgetown University Medical Center. After his plastic surgery training in Jacksonville, he completed his Fellowship in plastic and reconstructive surgery at John Hopkins University Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. After returning to Jacksonville, Dr. Glassman became Chief of the Plastic Surgery Department at Shands Hospital. Currently he serves as Chief of Plastic Surgery at Baptist Medical Center, Jacksonville, Florida and is a Clinical Professor at the University of Florida, Jacksonville.
