Dr. Steven H. Wiener is board-certified by American Board Of Plastic Surgery, is a member of American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and has been in private practice in Arizona since 1998. In addition to the state of Arizona, Dr. Wiener is licensed to practice in New York, California, and Maryland. Dr. Wiener is committed to providing you with the care you expect and deserve.
Dr. Wiener completed his undergraduate education at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He then went on to earn his Medical Degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Following graduation, Dr. Wiener completed his residency at the country's most prestigious medical institutions: including John Hopkins, UCLA and the New York Medical College. In addition to his educational accomplishments, Dr. Wiener serves as the Medical Director of the In-Patient Wound Program at Plaza Healthcare's Scottsdale Campus. He was also the former Medical Director at Paradise Valley Hospital's Comprehensive Wound Healing Center, which is located in Phoenix, Arizona.
In addition to his work in the operating room, Dr. Wiener has been published in several professional publications, including the Annals of Surgery, the Journal of Burn Care, and the Journal of Reconstructive Surgery. He has volunteered his surgical services to the humanitarian organizations of Interplast International and Operation Smile, which provide reconstructive surgeries for needy children and adults.
