Dr. David S. Motoki has been in private practice in Salt Lake City, Utah since 1989. After graduating from the University of Utah College of Medicine he completed residency training in Plastic Surgery at the University of Utah Affiliated Hospitals and fellowship training at the Brigham and Women's Hospital, Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Motoki is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, the only Board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties relating to Plastic Surgery or Cosmetic Surgery.
Dr. Motoki received his medical degree from the College of Medicine at the University of Utah . He completed residencies in General Surgery and Plastic Surgery at the University of Utah Medical Center. Dr. Motoki finalized his training with a Plastic Surgery Fellowship at the Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Motoki is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, The Rocky Mountain Association of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons and The Utah State Plastic Surgery Society. Dr. Motoki is also a Fellow of The American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Motoki has served as Chair of Plastic Surgery at LDS Hospital and St. Mark’s Hospital. He is currently serving a term as President of the Utah State Plastic Surgery Society. Dr. Motoki has participated in volunteer surgical missions to Mexico, South America and China.
Dr. Motoki has been engaged in the private practice of Plastic Surgery since 1989. He has served as Plastic Surgery Division Chairman at LDS Hospital, St. Mark's Hospital, and Primary Children's Medical Center. He is currently serving as President of the Utah State Plastic Surgery Society. He has many years of experience in cosmetic breast surgery, cosmetic body contouring and liposuction, botox injections, cosmetic facial surgery and laser surgery.
