Ladies, we need your help!!!

We here at BI411 have been working hard on a new project for you. The forums are great, but we wanted to give you more privacy and more options for sharing your opinions and advising each other about plastic surgery. So, we built a site where you could build your own world on your own terms.

It is still in development and we need your advice. Tell us what you like, what you don't like, and what would make this site better or easier to use for you.

Also, what bugs can you find? Does it crash, load slow, give you error messages, etc?

This is your site, on your terms. You guys are the best place to find advice and I want your voices heard loud and clear.

WOW, SO much stuff on there it's hard to keep up, LOL! I don't know how much posting I would be able to do with all the distractions. Good stuff though. I like the thought of being able to upload our pics directly & not have to rely on another hosting site, also more privacy sounds good, other then that just seems so busy, kwim?

I think there seems to be a lot to view on that site. It's probably a great idea for people to upload videos. I, personally, am not fond of watching videos on the computer. Too many little ears around me during the day. But please do not do away with this site. This forum is simplistic and easy to follow. Plus this site, being majority BA's and lifts, keeps the subject matter more centered on just a couple plastic surgery topics. When you have too many topics on a board, it becomes too busy and sometimes overwhelming.

personally, i prefer this site. i appreciate your effort to give us a "private and secure site" to use, but with users such as "bill gates" and "the rhino" i'm afraid i don't find the site exactly private or secure. i would definitely not feel comfortable uploading pics to that site.
i feel it is a little too much like facebook and myspace, which i have accounts with but rarely use. i log into those once every 2 weeks, maybe. i'm afraid i wouldn't have much use for a site such as plasticsurgerytube, especially since i am not planning any more surgeries.
i love the community we have here, and would be very sad to see it changed in any way. i feel the women who come here are full of useful information and experience regarding what i came here for- a breast augmentation. i also find the formatting of this site very convenient and easy to use.

I like this site just the way it is. Easy and simplistic are the best in my opinion. Keep it girls only so we don't have to worry about guys butting in on our conversations, looking at our pics, etc.

I really appreciate all the feedback. It will really help us out as we continue to develop the site for you. Just to let you all in on the current members, some of who a few of you have referred to as "jokers"... It is unfortunately all my doing. In testing the site I have created a few test accounts to sort through the site functionality, but i assure you these accounts are for testing purposes only and not a reflection of the type of users you will see on the site.

In regards to more privacy? i propose this... create a test account just as i did with "billgates" or "the rhino", use an alias if you prefer and don't upload any photos or videos unless you want to, but you will need to register for an account to understand what i mean. I have created a channel just for you that is invite only. Once registered PM the video guy for you invite. Here is the link:

So I checked the new site out. I think it could be helpful for those who are interested in other plastic surgeries; however, I am only interested in breast augmentation, as most of the other women on breastimplants411 site. I hope you keep this site, I love it and have found sooo much information.
The one thing I did think was useful, was the videos. I don't know about having any person post any video they want, but videos that show what a consult is like, how to massage post BA, someone who has CC, maybe a video of what a BA looks like with different incisions. Informative videos such as these would be helpful, and I would definately watch them. If you see a certain topic come up again and again, you could (or have someone) make a video on it, that is tasteful, I think that would be useful. I think the videos should be regulated or monitored. Perhaps you could place a sticky of videos available that pertain to BA's on this site? I think that would be helpful, and I wouldn't have to go to another site to look through what videos pertaining to BAs. The idea is a good one, I would like to see it incorporated in this website.

I've looked at every board out there to do with breast augmentation and I feel this is the best by far!!! It would be cool if only members could view the board though...I've seen too many posts where someone had to either change their username or "go away" because their boyfriend, husband, or cat

could read their posts and that's unfortunate. Just my two cents...

I think it would be really helpfull if you discussed the different types of implants, not silicone vs. saline, but what the difference is between High pProfile, Mc Ghan 68 HP, Mentor Smooth round, Silicone Cohesive gel, and Mentor Saline smooth round, and so on types of implants.
