Hello forum members,

We at BreastImplants411.com would like your suggestions on how we can improve our before and after galleries. Would you like to see more statistics such as rib cage size? Or, maybe different sorting options? We want your feedback

It would have been great to search by any number of things:

ribcage measurement
before bra size
after bra size
implant size/type
height/weight

That's all I can think of right now.

Personally, I'd really like to be able to search by height and also by implant cc's. So, "show me what women 5'9" have gotten" or "show me what 325's look like on people."

I also think having different search options would be good, such as the ones mentioned above.

I would like to see ribcage for sure...this is one of the biggest factors in determining what size a woman can expect. A person with a 27 inch ribcage is gonna see alot bigger result than a person with a 32 inch ribcage. Not everyone knows this!! Besides that height weight and size before and after would be nice.

I wish you could search by location.. And also have it so members could share their photos.. Cause i'm sure we all know that doctors wont show their pictures of procedures gone wrong.. It would REALLY help with deciding on a doctor!!!

it would be nice to see before and after pictures by ethnicity. I am an asian woman and I know that my skin type and how we scar is different.

I would like to see before and after re-do photos. Can you add a search for re-do before and afters?

RC: was at BA: 31.5 in
Post BA: anywhere from 36DD to 34 F (depending on the bra)
surgery: Jan 22 th, 2008; silicone (Inamed style 15), 659 cc, smooth, mod, crease incision, subfascial position

In addition to post-BA bra size, it would be nice to have know the "look like" size.

For example, I wear a 32D or 32DD but I think I look like a Full B/Small C. I think this is helpful because people get sticker shock when they see the bra size but in reality the bra size doesn't always correlate with the look.

Pictures of women with DDD+ boobs. The largest size you have up is DD. Not sure if anyone else has mentioned it, but also show implant sizes by cc amounts. For example: 500cc, or 800cc's. Show the before size and then the after result.

I vote for stats. Height and ribcage so we can see similar features and then see what there cc size was and how it looks on a similar body.

Pre BA: 34 A/very small B.
BA: 5/22/08
Ribcage: 31", Height:5'5", Weight: 135 lbs.
Rt. 310 mentor->375, lft. 290 mentor->325
3 kids: 14, 9, 6, all breast fed a year.

It would be helpful to know exactly what the cc's mean. How many cc's is a "C" cup usually, how many for a "D" cup usually. It's hard to know how much you want if you have no idea what that really means.

It would be nice if the galleries were easier to navigate. I have a lot of trouble with my personal one and finally just settled with having a few photos uploaded and gave up on arranging, naming and thumbnailing them. Thanks for the service though, this forum is very helpful.

My 1st BA I asked for AT:EAST a D-DD based on your gallery showing so called DD cups.

Well now I've liced & learned that
1) Half of those girls are a D at most
2) You need a gallery showing F,G,H cups on different size bodies. I would be happy to allow you to use my PS pictures of me to do so.

It would be great if we can search using a range rather than exact numbers or measurements. For example, if we can enter values from 300cc to 400cc or 250cc to 300cc.
