I wanted to officially thank you for making my BA such a wonderful experience. It took me some time to process my fears, as you know. During this indecisive time you and your entire staff continued to be supportive of my decisions and extremely understanding! I appreciate your total honesty during my three consults. I always knew it was a major decision that only I could make, which turned out to be the most difficult part of the whole experience.
